So Illinois | They can take you on about any tour from downtown. Maybe ride the trolley down St. Charles Ave. and look at all the big old homes. (that is the mardi gras route) Do a walking Ghost tour. Kids will get a kick out of that. Air boat ride looking for gators is fun but would have to be closer to spring to see any. WW II museum. There's also the rock and roll bowling alley. Live band playing while you bowl.
