If I am reading this right I will still need the 5500 or some sort of rate controller plus the 1895 ezboom plus the 1295 swath control????? Is this right?. I will go through my ag leader dealer and I am sure he will explain all this but just wanting to be prepared. $3190 more and I still need the hardi 5500. Am thinking it may not be worth it now.
Thanks
Jerry

I spoke with the Hardi people in Louisville and as I understand it you could use the cheaper Hardi 2500 controller (not sure the price) in place of the 5500. I do know that to make any Hardi system work with EZ- Boom it must have the 39 pin connectors which all the new controllers have. I currently use a 2500 which does not have all the bells and whistles of the 5500, but it does a good job of rate controlling and if it worked with EZ-Boom, it might cheapen the package.
