I have heard of this in the field. I guess Raven was aware of this and wanted the customer to log the information through hyper terminal on a laptop if possible. There is a communication issue between the Viper Pro and Trimble. Sorry I don't have any fixes for you. I guess until Raven gets the requested logs, no fix can be developed.
