southern MN | Highwater in southern mn is only a year or two old.
They are building on, going to produce butanol now.

There is a limited market for ethanol. The govt allows 10% and a tiny bit of higher blends and occasional exports, as we lower our gasoline use it limits the amount the market can use. Many plants expanded, it is difficult to build a new plant into the market now?
