We are within that brown area in north Missouri. We've not see a drop of water flow to a pond since Father's Day when it rained 3 inches. Somehow we raised a corn crop and good beans on bottom ground. I'd much rather it be a little in the dry side this winter and save some rain till August but that's not likely. We've now had 3 dry summers in a row.
