1. Don't spend all of that money you made in the last three years..............oops......too late for that one.

2. Don't watch and try to match what your neighbor does.........probably too late for that one as well.

3. If you are not married, stay that way.......and don't ever, I said ever, have kids. Yep......probably too late for that too.

4. If you are married, get a second job and send your wife to work as well. If you never see each other, it's easier not to have kids.

5. If you have a marketing advisor, don't listen to everything he says. If you don't have a marketing advisor, keep it that way.

If you did these five things, you might be surprised at how fast your working capital will increase.
