Not picking on you, but hopefully you aren't serious about 3. & 4. I'm hoping you are joking and I just didn't read the sarcasm. I'd rather be a slave with the family I have than be the richest farmer in the county or world.

3. If you are not married, stay that way.......and don't ever, I said ever, have kids. Yep......probably too late for that too.

4. If you are married, get a second job and send your wife to work as well. If you never see each other, it's easier not to have kids.

Marriage, children, and family are more rewarding and lasting than money will ever be. Also, there are plenty of studies that show married men earn more money than single men on average. Of course, they spend more too!

Healthy societies and economies place the highest value on marriage and family. Our society continues to place less and less value on them and that is the main reason we will decline in the future if we don't change. It is unavoidable, in my opinion.
