LOL. I have enough for a pot trailer now. Wait until we see the "after" pictures before making those plans though. LOL
My average is still @ $420 per head. I haven't done the correct math, but that is probably real close to 700 lbs @ $60/cwt............
I wonder if i hooked up with these packing house order buyers, they can come to the farm and get a load of good heavy cows in April-May when demand is strong, one stop shopping. Maybe they would let me leave the ring with a few more this time of year? They push the prices on a few that I suspect don't make much sense at the packing house just to get their numbers. I'm sure if we weren't "outsiders" they would let a few more go. I don't know much about that "culture" of order buyers. Would probably make some good reading if someone wrote a book.
