I have maybe 30 hours experience with a Ez-500, and I'm still learning as I go.  I had not run into that situation yet, just suggesting things which I had done.   

I've actually had quite a bit of trouble getting a headland pattern to work.  I keep missing something somewhere and losing some of the functionality.
