- use the RDL cable and a serial adapter (even though the RDL is no longer used, CNH continued to put the connector on the harness for diagnostic use; in the most recent harnesses, this connector is finally gone...
- there is also a 12-pin Deutsch connector pigtail coming out of the nav2; it has RS232 wiring to flash the controller; you can use a 252 power/data cable to connect to this pigtail
