Subject: RE: Wilson trailer traps

The track gets rust started between it and the door, as the rust expands it lifts the door a little making it drag when opening it. You can clean all you want but until you replace the track it will open hard. It's very easy to do, cut off the stops on the bottom of the door and slide it out, then you can turn it upside down and work on it on the welding table. Just mark each side of it and then put a mark for the top or bottom of one of the teeth on the track, spot weld it then put it on the trailer to make sure you done it right, take it back out and weld it.

Takes me about 1 hour for the first door, 1/2 hour for the second.
