Yes, a bit short on N but not bad. 30lb of N would make it look greener but would you get more rooting depth? I'm not sure. I prefer to have my cover crops starving for N as soon as they've done there job. Not saying a few pounds of N may have been beneficial but you need to think differently than managing cash crops. I guess a little research on this would be merited!
