I'm not arguing here the national security, environmental, trade deficit, etc. aspects of ethanol. I would merely like to read the LOGIC behind the OP's statement that the ethanol mandate and prior subsidies "raised my boat", as he contends.
The price of a fat hog is a heck of a lot more than pre RFS days, the profit is not.
