Irrigate NE, they did have an option starting back in July of 2013 for your 2014 spring price. It was just not offered by NAU which may be why you did not hear about it. It is to bad because you missed out. I lock it in for the July average of $5.24. I like the NAU product as well as I have purchased it before but it lacks the flexibility that Price Flex offers.
