Yaaaaa OK millions was a stretch but there's been some major money in bins and dryer set up in my parts. Thing is up here land is not 12-15k
YES many have the cash on hand,bankers seem pretty friendly with me too. I've seen that friendly part do a 180 degree turn over the years.
Back in the early 90's 2 guys had a piece of equipment bought together,one went belly up, the banker wanted "half". The belly up farmer wanted to cut it in "half" and deliver to the banks door step.

The "bar talk" everyone's flush with cash and does not need to sell ANYTHING til next summer.
$4 corn,$400 land rent will not fly will with bankers. And be the temperament in NAT in general the last month or so, its not flying will with the producers either.
