Kinda sounds like he's reminding guys of the 1970's to me ! ! ! other than land prices where is the comparison to the 70's?
The reason for the prices last year was because of the drought.actually the 2 droughts that most of us burnt up in. Seems the only guys who hit the lottery was you northern corn farmers. In the 70's was it not nationwide good crops and excellent prices?
The end was the changing of economical policy, grain embargo, and 2 droughts with falling prices and SKY HIGH interest. We have a ways to go to get to the point of making statements such as that.
I didn't live through the 70's but I've studied it very hard. |
