Eh... I'm not sure they can accelerate the pace of clearing that much over their winter. Some of their land has to be cleared and raise a crop of rice, for example. Their soil is, by our standards, just plain weird. High in AL, very low P.H. Its not like up here where you drag a moldboard thru some crp and wamo- you have corn/bean ground.

Highest estimate I've heard was 6%, so that's the increase in planted area in thinkin. Total production tho... Likely up more than 6%.
