Wisconsin | As a livestock feeder in need of some HMSC this fall, we are in the drivers seat this year as there was a lot of late planted corn that matured and is very good corn but high in moisture. We want out hmsc over 30% so we have sellers. But that doesn't mean we are going to low ball these guys because I have to live around these people. We were desperate for feed last spring and the farmers sellers could have ripped me, but I thought they were fair to me on the pricing of the feed we bought. What goes around comes around! | |
