Saronville NE
Upper big blue, meters will be mandatory for 14, and 45in over 5 yr period is the numbers they are presently throwing out their, their is a big meeting about it Nov 8? I think it is, will have to look up exact date. I will be changing the way we do things, mainly my days of disking and field finishing are limited will have to save the moisture, gonna rent a VT this fall and try that on some COC acres ( I want to do just 1 pass in fall and plant in between old row next spring, don't really want to do a spring pass) gonna do more of a rotation and am going to try dropping population also to see if that helps, I think our 230bu days are gonna be gone without a lot of help from mother nature once we go to 9 in, better get used to more 180-200bu corn.
