The thing is after the run-up of 2007-08,,,there was a PILE of new big big ships built,(many out of Greece,financed out of Greece,built in Greece,ships flying the Greek flag) (( that's why that little country has been saved IMO)) kinda like more corn acres,,,,,,but you cant just CRP billions of dollars of steel,hence the very cheap rates today..... | |
