I think somewhere in that 30 yrs there will be a major sell off.   From what price it will start and where it will drop to I don't know.

I also think that unless the sell off waits till past yr 20, you're probably low on your 30 yr price.   

In 30 yrs $1 USD may very well be worth no more than a square of TP.
