Well, just in case you get in a lurch sometime, there are 60 UTM zones so that is 6 degrees per zone. Zone one starts at -180 degrees (180 degrees west) and runs east to -174 degrees, etc.
The formula is: ((180 + Longitude)/6) rounded down, plus 1. Longitude is negative for western longitudes.
