Subject: RE: TMRAND

Panhandle of Ne.
Most of the rain has been along the front range from Colorado Springs north to the Wy. line. Basically along I-25. TMRAND lives in southeast Co. along the Ks. line. This is a rainfall of historic/biblical proportion. Up to 19 inches in 4 days in places with a chance of up to 7 inches more tonight and tomorrow. There are mountain towns that are basically cut off from the outside world except for crude mountain roads. Many many miles of roads and road beds washed away. Some pics show 15 ft. plus of roadbed washed away. Will take many months to rebuild and winter is around the corner.
