Hedge What happens when if eliminate 10% of the fuel supply tomorrow (kill ethanol)? Answer is both food and fuel prices explode higher. We have record crude oil production in ND/SD and prices at the pump have not fallen and with $4.00 corn your cornflakes will not get cheaper. Every extra gallon of fuel, bushel of grain and lb of meat are headed straight to the exploding middle classes of China, Indonesia, India, Brazil. What accereates this process is a weak US dollar. The food companies are full of **** when they tell you all we have to do is get rid of ethanol and food will be cheaper for US citizens. Your arguments against ethanol are poorly supported.
