One of two things, first one being (as Cattlefeeder says) your spacer is collapsing. Second possibility is your spider is wore out or even cracked.Inspect the spider closely. Third possibility although unlikely , and its related to the spider, is that your wedges are bottoming out on the spider before they are wedged tightly enough on the rim. One other thing to check is your brakes, make sure both wheels on that axle are functioning properly, if one side is grabbing before the other ( especially on a single axle truck) you could be getting excessive braking on the wheel that's slipping. edit..
