you can get a bigger sprocket for the auger, go from 54 teeth to 6o some not sure how many teeth. I had the bigger one on my head for 3 or 4 years, went back to the 54 teeth , to hard on the auger clutch going slower. The best thing to do Imo is to cut the rubber pads off in center of auger.
