 Very true. But niether is rent on a tractor. In my area, the seeding season can run on for quite a long time. We can start now if we had crimson to plant, and it can go on thru grass seed planting, then to cereal which can last thru december if the weather is uncooperative. Then spring planting can start as early as feburary if a weather break comes about. But trying to rent a tractor around this area is not really a viable alternative. I would have to plumb in my monitors and all the other crud I need to a different tractor all the time.
