Depends on conditions. Have someone watch you from the side. If you get turbulence behind your sprayer, you'd better slow down. In turbulence around half of your water solution will evaporate meaning you'll only get half a rate behind the sprayer. Check the wheel tracks of those who spray at higher speeds. They usually have the tracks full of weeds.
