| I generally run 8-12 depending on conditions and with the way our ground lays I need to be able to run fairly slow around waterways and the like so I'm limited to how fast I can run by keeping a good pattern at the tips at lower speeds. One thing I've noticed watching the custom sprayer's is that higher speeds tend to cause alot more plant damage, especially in narrow row beans, beans will come back behind a pull type sprayer at 8 mph alot better than they will behind a self propelled at 14 mph.
