| Having reviewed several of your posts here for the last few days, it appears you all are fairly bullish commodity prices. I am curious if you think that land prices will continue to strengthen or will they tend to flatten out given that based on what I am reading here, even the most optimistic of you all are not predicting any higher commodity prices than the last couple of years? Or will a new plateau in commodity prices need to be achieved before this ground sees another leg up. Here in ECIL we are in the $12-$15K per acre and it seems that we will need $10 corn $25 beans to justify any higher land prices. | |
