I have had a phase converter on a 20HP motor for 10 years and it has worked well,but what about the other dozens of motors you will have on a modern grain setup. Can a phase converter cover all those needs?

I do know that a 15 HP single phase motor cost as much as a 20HP three phase including the converter.

No question three phase motors are longer lasting and way less money.
