Yes we trade labor and equipment around with people. But iron still cost money and everyone in my area understands that . We like to be fair with each other if you don't keep the cost of equipment whether its yours or your neighbors sometimes people don't care of stuff. Sounds like this neighbor takes care of stuff but that's not always the case
