North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana | Not sure about Ohio but here in Indiana it is totally legal to do any and all work to your system with the exception of the leach field, that becomes a health department issue. Our county building dept thinks they have total control over the septic and building codes but our state laws forbid them from having any power as long as you live on the property and do the work yourself. |
