The good thing about no rain in the forecast is the weatherman is usually wrong.
that is not even true. it is way easier to predict dry than chances of rain. There is High pressure over the midwest and nothing is moving it. Easy forecast for the meteorologists right now for the next week.
2012 has had more rain in July and August thus far than 2013.
Only difference was 2013 had way above average rainfall in May and June to give us a poor root system.
