Mascoutah, Illinois | Despite 42 plus inches year to date, we could use a good soaker. The ten day is showing no chances of rain for us. I see the grain market is responding in the overnight session to more heat and less precipitation.
I remember seeing Dennis Gartmann on CNBC talking about a 14.5-15.0 billion corn crop a couple of weeks ago when corn prices were sliding lower everyday. I wonder if he is still touting this number at his hedge fund. | |
