Both.. I know covering my bases. LOL. But that Hagopian that was bantered about months ago is still in effect giving upside projections....and price has been unable to reach its line of maximum excursion on this last swing lower. Price is in a good spot to find trouble short term, but the other influences are weighing on the market longer term.
