Boone Co. Iowa | I don't know if it is very widespread, but starting to watch a field of beans give up the ghost. Too dry here. Took these pics Tuesday, august 13th.
No disease, no rust, no insects/bugs, no SDS. Agronomist is going to look this p.m., but this is one way to figure out your poorest soils/fields. This field is a mile or two from gravel pit, and neighbors are doing same thing.
And, the stinker is, this was after 4 or 5 tenths of an inch of rain on Sunday night/Monday morning....
