mud sucks , don't matter when, where ,or how , I no this don't help ya but I wish I could have just alittle of your rain . hasn't rained much since the monsoon turnd off mid june . very dry here . wish I could help you , but beyond concrete there aint much a guy can do but wait it out . I feel for ya !
