| Chimel, they are just a pepper ring that I threw in the pan and cooked the one side, then flipped over and cracked the eggs and put them in the middle. One of them wanted to leak out to the side, but just used the flipper and kept the egg white close to the pepper. You could do lots with this, use scrambled eggs with some sausage in it, and onions and then use more pepper rings unless they are really big. | |
