Spring Grove MN | I agree with Mrs. T-Boss. Seems like the same lbs keep coming and going. I am back down to my 163 but that's just back to my lowest and only 1lb down from last week. I am getting toner though because my jeans are getting a little lose this week. I keep track of my how many inches I've lost on fitday.com and I updated it this week. Didn't loose any weight since the last time I updated it but I have lost inches, which is great!! I've been good about walking this week again but the last couple days I've been so busy there wasn't time. I've done four 4 mile walks this week since I last posted on here. Happy I'm sticking to it and noticing my thighs are getting smaller. Good luck this week everybody!
