We run Outback eDrive and have the best luck with the antenna mounted on the nose of the tractor, 4wd, 2wd and tracks. However heard from the Outback tech recently that it doesn't work at all in northern lattitudes - point being you may have to experiment or find a neighbor in your area that already has, to see what works best in your particular location and application.
