Keep an eye on the sting location, as the swelling should go down in a day or so. If it doesn't, get to the doc, as they get infected sometimes, and some folks have an allergic reaction.
Benedryl and plain old Tylenol to reduce inflammation was all the doc ever handed us.
I hate Jellyfish, but the Portugese Man-o-war stings would leave me hating life for several days, and the pee trick doesn't work.
If ya find one, take the cig lighter to 'em. They whoof! nicely.
