Hamburger is really best grilled or fried, and is fully cooked in 5 minutes, no need for advance prep.
Chuck or brisket are the best pieces of beef for crock pot recipes, ground hamburger not so much, only for chili.
In any case, you'll have to do most of the prep the evening before, maybe some of the cooking too.
All you can do in the morning is assemble what you have already prepared and start the heat on the crockpot.

A chili con carne requires soaking the beans overnight, and you should prepare and let the chili peppers marinade in brown beer overnight too, so there is no preparation in the morning, just assembling in the crock pot. Add spices such as crushed garlic, cumin, cilantro and oregano to the marinade too, even some freshly peeled and diced tomatoes too, so it's not all canned tomatoes.

Other vegetables that go really well with hamburgers is split pea puree. These require cooking in the evening, then resting overnight. Then there is not even a need for a crock pot, just removing the water on top and heating the puree before the meal.

You should always start the meal with some raw vegs, like a tomato salad, a green salad, grated carrots, etc. This way, you can eat it while the main dish cooks. A green salad can be washed, cut, dried in a towel and put in a closed plastic bag in the fridge in the morning or even the night before. Then you just need to toss in the dressing at lunch time, nothing else to prepare. Prepare the dressing in advance too, with olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, crushed garlic and parsley or cilantro, it will be even more flavorful than prepared on the spot.

And you don't need just one recipe, make a list of all the different meats and fish and vegetables, and find simple recipes on the net that use each one in turn and can be prepared in advance. It will be a boring meal if it's the same recipe for lunch and dinner.

If you have a whole team, even the minimum of prep required does not take time, put one on dressing the table, one on grating the carrots, one on starting the hamburgers, one on heating the veggies (if not already hot in the crock pot), one on taking out from the fridge the jug of filtered water, the beer and the condiments, cheese, etc. Flip the hamburgers when you are half way eating the starter.
