My wife had a chicken bone get caught in her throat in April 2009.
Multiple exploratory surgeries, countless doctors appointments, scans, x-rays you name it she had it.
But she could still feel the bone there. Every time she swallowed.
June 2009 the anxiety took over and stole her independence for a few months. It was bad.
She lost a lot of weight, basically not eating for a few months.
After the doctors and specialists had given up spent a lot of days in psychologist and therapist appointments.
Pretty much a summer of hell. Glad I have good employees. I didn't get much farmwork done.
Mid September 2009 one day the bone went away. Some problems still linger though.
Not really sure why I shared this, but hope that a little thing like a bone in your throat doesn't end up causing the troubles it did here.
Life I guess.
