Ever have that? Happened to me tonight at supper. Wasn't paying enough attention and one slipped by me. Tried eating a big chunk of bread to get it to go down, didn't work. Tried peanuts, several other big chunky foods. Nothing worked. Wife kept nagging at me to go to ER. So off we went. Got there and we knew the attending Dr. He walkes in and sees me and asks what's wrong. So we tell him. He says, might as well drive to Lubbock, (90miles) because we don't have tools to extract it. I said forget that! I''ll sleep on it and see what it does come morning.
So we drive the 20 miles back home. Then I remember reading about eating a banana. So I did and sure enough, it got it loose!! Whew! Still a little uncomfotable where it was stuck at but at least it's gone!
I won't be eating fish with bones in it anytime soon that's for sure!
