Have a 1300lb Holstein steer that has foundered. Not very good on his feet anymore. I guess you could classify him as a downer. Just wondered if anyone knows of any kind of treatment or practice to bring him out of it. In my experience, there isn't too much a fella can do. Just wondered what others have tried and what works and doesn't work. tia
