here in Minnesota i buy a whole animal. much cheaper to do that. all grass fed beef for $5/lb all in. Berkshire pork is around $4/lb all in. Going to the local farmers market and a grass fed organic steak is $12-15/lb, pork baby backs are $14/lb
All in better than Berkshire pork here is $2 lb. dressed,cut,wrapped and frozen-beef$2.25 same
That is non-organic? I can't conventionally raise one and process it for that much.
