| Just purchased a Kuhns 15 bale on edge. I need a 9x20 wagon to get 210 on. We got 5 now and just getting good at stacking. The key to every thing is the ladder on the back wich tilts back.Each grab is somewhat shifted back on each tier to help, the 5th layer we get a 1/2 grab to tie the top. If we are going more than 10 miles we use 2 30foot nylon ratchet straps lenghth ways to hold takes 1 man 5 min to accomplish this and is always the driver who does this for obvious reasons. On our old 8x18 wagons we have a 2x6 running lengthways and bolted to stringers, have found that this will tilt outer bales in and really helps.Will probably put a 2x6 on our 9x20`s for same purpose. | |
