| Here's a pic of loading bales with the Hoelscher fork. These racks were built with a 1" "edge board". Scoot the first layer of bales out to the edge so they tip to the center, that keeps the everything above it leaning in and tight.
When I'm going down the road I use two big yellow binder straps like a flatbed truck driver uses. They run the length of the whole stack. The racks have eyelets built on for the straps to attach to. Only takes a few minutes to put the straps on, then I can run full speed down the road...vs. an hour to restack the load by hand once it rolls into the ditch.
Sorry I don't have pics of a strapped load. I could take some next week when I bale if that will help. Dave
