| Thanks for all of the replies. We have kids coming home from Iowa and Georgia over the next 10 days and I can't wait to try this again. We have hogs and chickens that will be ready in the next couple of weeks, so lots to experiment with. Will definitly take the pork roast to 190-200 and will probably get a digital thermometer, they are not that expensive. I'll give you an update later on in the summer. By then , I'll either love this thing, or have sold it on craigslist ! Thanks again, Ron | |
